User Statuses- Approval Queue
There are a number of statuses or states that users can have. These states are not mutually exclusive (e.g. a user can be both Lapsed and Restricted).
The current states of a user are:
- Active
- Regular, fully featured user
- Awaiting approval
- Newly registered users that are part of an existing practice who are awaiting approval from a PicassoMD admin approval can still use the app before their approved; however specialists whose accounts are awaiting approval will not:
- Appear in default list of providers for curbside before user has entered a search string
- Receive first available curbside requests
- Specialists awaiting approval WILL appear in search results for referrals, My Team, and individual doc curbsides
- Newly registered users that are part of an existing practice who are awaiting approval from a PicassoMD admin approval can still use the app before their approved; however specialists whose accounts are awaiting approval will not:
- Inactive
- PicassoMD admins can set a user as Inactive by clicking the Set Inactive button on the provider profile page
- Setting a user as inactive removes the user from the app and their ability to login
- This should only be used if a provider is not expected to use PicassoMD ever again
- An Inactive User can be restored to Active status by clicking "Set Active" on their profile
- Lapsed
- We consider users without any activity in the last 60 days to be "lapsed"
- Lapsed users:
- Do not received First Available curbside requests (as they are unlikely to accept)
- Cannot be chosen to for an Individual curbside (as they are unlikely to respond) and shown as greyed out with an "Inactive" label on their tile (note, this is a common source of confusion as we label them Inactive for users but their official status from PicassoMD's status is Lapsed)
- Can receive referrals (since they'll be sent via email)
- Restricted
- The purpose of the Restricted user status to is prevent providers without a value-based orientation or that are not appropriately licensed physicians from receiving My Team curbsides
- The only exception is that if a PCP has specifically added a user to their My Team, then the restricted user can still receive First Available curbside requests when initiated by that PCP
- Currently our agreements state that only board certified physicians will be responding to First Available Curbsides so all NPs and PAs that are specialists need to be on the Restricted list
-
Users can be added / removed from the restricted list by PicassoMD admins using the "Restricted Users" tab
- The purpose of the Restricted user status to is prevent providers without a value-based orientation or that are not appropriately licensed physicians from receiving My Team curbsides
