PCP Subscription Options Available

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical care by offering Primary Care Providers essential features and tools required to support your delivery of outstanding medical services. To ensure we can do this for as many Providers as possible, we have subscription options tailored to your needs.

Plans:

Referrals Only Plan

For practices that want to use PicassoMD for referral navigation and management only

Payor Plan

For practices with curbside consults being covered by select insurers for only some of their patients.

PicassoMD+

For practices where curbside consults are covered for all patients.

PCPs on a Referral Only plan will have access to Individual Provider Curbsides with specialists in their local area, as well as Telemed providers, but will not have access to First Available Curbsides. For example, PCPs can do an Individual Provider Curbside to contact a specific specialist to whom they sent a patient.

PCPs on a Payor plan will have access to First Available Curbsides as well as Individual Provider Curbsides, but only for patients who are covered by select insurers. Before starting a Curbside, the user will have to confirm the patient’s insurance carrier to verify coverage.

Members on a PicassoMD+ plan will have access to First Available Curbsides and all Individual Provider Curbsides for all of their patients.

Users can verify which subscription plan they have from the mobile app and the PicassoMD web app:

Mobile app - after logging into the app, click on the your profile photo or initials in the upper left to show your subscription plan
Web app - after logging in at app.picassomd.com, click on the your profile photo or initials in the upper left to show your subscription plan
