Sending Leadership Emails

Steps to Send Leadership Emails

  1. Identify Leadership and Collect Emails
    • Once a new practice is ready to onboard, the CLOPs team identifies the practice’s leadership.
    • Collect the relevant email addresses for the identified leaders. Note: The leadership contacts do not need to be PicassoMD users.
  2. Create an Asana Task
    • In Asana, assign a task to Kana with clear instructions to add the collected email addresses to the ongoing, manually triggered campaign.
    • Be sure to include the addresses needed
    • Campaign Emails (for reference)
  3. Verify Completion
    • Kana will mark the Asana task complete once the email addresses have been successfully added to the campaign and sent.
