Initiating Follow-Up Curbsides on the Web
- During your current Curbside conversation, decide you want to follow up with the same specialist regarding the same patient.
- Click to End the Curbside conversation.
- When prompted, "Would you like to schedule a Follow-up Curbside for this patient?" Select "Let's Go" to start the scheduling process.
- Choose a follow-up date: You can select 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks from the current date, or pick a specific date from the calendar.
- After saving, you'll see confirmation that the Follow-Up Curbside has been scheduled.
- On the scheduled date, you'll receive a notification at 9 AM your local time reminding you to begin the Curbside.
- Start the Curbside as usual. The original Curbside conversation will appear above your message thread so you can easily reference past guidance.
Initiating Follow-Up Curbsides on Mobile
- During your current Curbside conversation, decide you want to follow up with the same specialist regarding the same patient.
- Slide to End the Curbside conversation.
- When prompted, "Would you like to schedule a Follow-up Curbside for this patient?" Select "Let's Go" to start the scheduling process.
