Mobile App
How do I find “Settings” in the mobile application?
- Open the PicassoMD Application and tap your profile icon next to your name in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Next, click 'My Profile' to access your settings.
What can I do in Settings?
- Change your Profile Picture
- If you would like more assistance changing your picture, please visit Adding a Profile Photo.
- Update 'User Information' including:
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Password
- Timezone
- Specialists Only: Toggle First Curbside Availability On / Off (web-only)
- This feature allows you to specify whether you would like to receive First Available Curbside requests from primary who are not part of your network.
- Toggle Biometric Login Feature On / Off
- This feature allows you to log into the Application with your fingerprint. If you would like to gain access to the App exclusively by typing your password, press the white circular switch to toggle off biometric login capabilities.

- Clicking on this text will reroute you to the user agreement page where you can find terms of use, privacy, and the Business Associate Agreement (BAA). A copy of the signed Business Associate Agreement was sent to your email address when you first logged into the PicassoMD application.

Web Application
Adjusting your account settings in the PicassoMD web application is slightly different than the mobile application but just as easy!
How do I find settings in the web application?
- Open the web application through your preferred browser, and click “Settings” on the bottom left side.
- The following internet browsers support the PicassoMD Web Application: Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.
- Internet Explorer does not support the app.

What can I do in “Profile & Settings”?
- General
- Manage Tags (web-only)
- Tags are qualitative labels that can be applied to your profile. They will be visible to other providers in the app. You can select or deselect relevant tags, but you cannot create new tags.
- Add or Change Profile Photo
- Change Mobile Number
- Change Email Address
- Add NPI Number (web-only)
- Select Locations (web-only)
- Manage Tags (web-only)
- Manage your 'Notifications'
- Referral Notifications - Toggle on/off 'Daily Received Referral Status Email' Feature
- When active, we'll send you an email in the morning at 7am with the referrals you've received over the last 7 days.
- Reporting - Toggle on/off 'Weekly Activity Report'
- When active, we'll send you an email every Monday morning at 7am summarizing your curbsides and referrals from the previous week.
- Referral Notifications - Toggle on/off 'Daily Received Referral Status Email' Feature
- Manage your 'Favorites'
- Other Settings:
- Change Timezone
- Change your password
- Change your Multi-factor Authentication method
*Please note that you cannot change first, last, or practice names via the web application. If you would like to change any of these values, please contact support@picassomd.com
