Logging into the PicassoMD Web

Good news! You can curbside, manage referrals, and find providers on PicassoMD all from your computer. 


  • Simply search app.picassomd.com in your favorite browser and log in. You do not need to create a separate account to use the web app. 

  • If you receive an incorrect password or email error, click  "Forgot Password?" below the login button. Enter the email associated with your PicassoMD account. Our system will send you a password reset email. Click the blue link within that email to reset your password. 

  • When you change your password, you will need to use that new password on both mobile and web going forward. 

  • Once you've successfully entered your email and password, we will send you a verification code via text message. Enter that code into the verification field and you’re all set! 

  • If the verification code doesn’t appear within 60 seconds, try logging out and logging back into the app by manually inputting your email and password into the required fields. 

Pro-tip: If you’d like to access PicassoMD in one click, you can bookmark the web page. 


Note: Just like the mobile app, if you are inactive for more than 15 minutes a lock screen will appear. This is different from the login screen. To resume your session, you can submit your email and password, request a text message code, or, if your computer has Face or Touch ID, turn on those features. This will make resuming a session a breeze.
