Accepting and Answering First Available Curbsides

Overview: This article will provide an overview of how to accept and answer First Available Curbsides from both the web and mobile devices.

As a specialist, you may be notified of an urgent “First Available” curbside request.

  • "First Available" notifications are distinct from a routine curbside message in that they are accompanied by an audible triple chime.

Mobile View

  • To start off, you’ll see the provider's name and practice name along with options to 'Accept' or 'Decline' the curbside.
  • If you are available to assist, tap “Accept” to be instantly connected with the provider seeking advice.
  • If you are not available, no worries! The request is 100% optional to answer.

Desktop View

  • You will receive a notification of the curbside with the options to Accept or Decline the curbside.
  • Same with the mobile view, if you are available to provide assistance, tap “Accept” to be instantly connected with the provider seeking advice.
  • If you are not available, no worries! The request is 100% optional to answer.

If you would like to restrict who can send you requests for First Available curbsides or turn curbside requests off, please see this article for detailed instructions.
