How to Set Controls for Receiving First Available Curbsides

Step 1: To edit your First Available Curbsides requests, click on your profile in the upper right hand corner, then click on 'My Profile'.

Step 2: Scroll down to "Availability for First Available Curbsides". Here you are able to choose to receive curbsides from the following options:

• My Network + Other Local Providers
• My Network Only
• Off

Specialists can choose who they want to receive First Available Curbside requests from.

• My Network + Other Local Providers
  • This is the default setting and will result in the most requests for First Available curbsides
  • Specialists with this setting may receive First Available curbsides requests from any provider within 50 miles of their office locations
• My Network Only
  • If a specialist does not want to receive First Available curbside requests from providers outside their network (IDN, ACO, CIN), they can select this option
  • Specialists may still receive First Available curbside requests from providers who have added the specialist to their Favorites
• Off
  • The specialist will not receive any First Available curbside requests

Additionally, specialists may indicate they would like to receive First Available curbside requests from providers who are outside their local market. This will trigger a notification to the PicassoMD clinical operations team who will reach out with more details.
