Setting Practice Favorites
Summary: Prioritize the specialists you know and love by setting them as preferred providers! Creating preferred providers only takes a few minutes and prioritizes those individuals for curbsides and referrals for everyone at your practice.
Please note: You can only create preferred provider lists at the practice level— not the location level.
Additionally, setting practice-preferred providers does not negate an individual provider's preference. For instance, if a provider at your office initiates a curbside, we will prioritize their individual favorites first and then their practice favorites.
How to Create a Preferred Providers List Overview:

- First, navigate to the 'My Practice' tab on the web app.
2. Select your practice and scroll down. Then click on the header 'Preferred Specialists'.
3. Choose the specialty for which you want to create a preferred providers list i.e. cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology.
4. To add providers to your list, click on their names. You can also view the practice name of that specific provider.
5. You can only choose six preferred providers. If you would like to remove a provider from your curated list, click on the "x".
6. To reorder the provider list, click and drag the three bars next to the provider's name. Ranking providers ensures that we reach out to your favorite providers first.
