Login and Multi-factor Authentication

Summary: PicassoMD requires you to have individual logins with secure passwords. Once you enter the correct login credentials, we also require you to enter an authentication code.

Note: If choosing the authenicator app method, please go to the authenticator app and scan the barcode on the screen. This barcode will generate a code that you will enter here.

How to change your 2MFA method:

Step 1: After logging into your account, click on the ’Settings’ tab on the left hand side.

Step 2: Under, ‘Multi-Factor Authentication’, click your preferred method, either ’Send code via SMS’ or ‘Authentication App’.

Step 3: After choosing your preferred method, click ‘Confirm’ or ‘Enable’ based on the method that you chose. You will click 'Confirm' if you choose 'Send code via SMS' and click 'Enable' if you chose the 'Authenticator App'.
