Curbside Chat History

Summary: This article provides an overview of curbsides and how to access your chat history both on the mobile app and web app.

You can access prior curbside transcripts in three ways (summary):

1. Email: You will receive an email after completing a curbside with a link to the transcript. Please note that the curbside must be closed by the curbside initiator for the transcript to be available.
   1. Please check your spam folder if you are unable to locate the curbside transcript in your email.
2. Web: To access the transcript from the PicassoMD web, click on "Curbside" from the left navigation bar. If you are a provider, you will need to click "History" to see past curbsides. Once on the curbside history page, click the PDF icon in the transcript column.
   1. If the transcript icon is not visible it means the curbside has not been closed by the initiating provider.
   2. You can search for a particular curbside by searching the name of the provider or patient that was involved.
3. Mobile App: To find the transcript on the mobile app, go to "Curbsides" in the bottom menu. Tap "History" to see all previous curbsides. Tapping on the curbside of interest will open the transcript.

Step-by-Step: Retrieving Curbside Transcripts from the Web:

• Open the PicassoMD application on your mobile device and sign in using your unique login credentials.

• Tap "History" at the top to see all past curbsides.
  • Please note, all prior curbsides are listed in reverse chronological order (newest at the top). Scroll down to see your oldest curbsides.
  • If you are looking for a specific curbside transcript, you can search by provider, patient, or practice name.

• Click on any listed curbside to view the actual transcript.

Accessing Curbside Chat History on the Web

• To access your prior curbsides from the web, click on “Curbsides” on the left navigation bar.
• Click “History”

• All prior curbsides are listed in reverse chronological order (newest at the top).
  • To find a specific curbside, you can search or filter by 'Initiator Practices', 'Recipent Practices', and 'Specialties'.

• You can also scroll to review the list of all your prior curbsides or enter the provider or patient name (if entered during the curbside) in the search bar. 
• Click on the transcript button (PDF logo) on any listed curbside to view the actual transcript.
