How to Reset Your Password
If you forget your password there are several ways you can reset it:
- Click this link to reset your password from the web or click 'Forgot Password' at the bottom of the login screen. Please note, this link will note work if you have not completed your account set-up.
- To reset your password on a mobile device tap 'Forgot password?' below the log-in button.
Note: 'Lock Screen' is different from resetting a password. You will experience the timeout session screen, or lock screen, if you are inactive for more than 15 minutes.
- In either case, you must enter the work email you initially used to register with PicassoMD.
- You will receive a link by email that is valid for up to five minutes to reset your password.
- To log in, you will also need to supply a code sent to your mobile number.
- If you need to update your registered email or phone number, that can be done by your Practice Admin or by emailing support@picassomd.com.
