Lock Screen / Timeout session

Summary: As part of our commitment to security, PicassoMD locks sessions when youf've been inactive for more than 15 minutes. Please note that when the screen locks, your work will still be saved.

Video Overview:

• If your computer or mobile device has Face or Touch ID, you will be prompted to turn it on. This will make resuming your session much faster.
  • Alternatively, you can request a 2-FA code be sent to your mobile device OR you can input your username + password to resume the session.
    • Please note the 2FA text code is only valid for 5 minutes. Using an old code will not resume the session.

• If your device is older (iPhone 9 and below), you will not have FaceID capability, so we will not prompt you to turn on FaceID.
  • If you have a device that supports biometric identification, but it is not enabled, we will not prompt you to use it.

Will my work be saved after getting back into the app?

Yes. After you successfully get back into the app, you will be taken to the screen that you left off on and your information should be saved. However, we always encourage users to complete the task before walking away from their computer.
