How to Customize your 'Daily Referral Status Report' email notifications:

  1. Click on the dropdown arrow next to your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner. Next, click 'Profile & Settings'.

  1. Click on the 'Notifications' tab in the left navigation bar. Here you will be able to toggle on/off the 'Daily Received Referral Status Email'.
  2. After toggling on the 'Daily Received Referral Status Email' you will have the following customizations:
    1. You can choose to receive the email 'Always' OR 'Only when I have unscheduled referrals'
    2. You can choose to receive status emails exclusively 'Monday - Friday' OR 'All 7 days per week'
