Curbside with Individual Provider
Overview: This article provides an overview of how to curbside with an individual provider on both the mobile app and the web. Individual Provider Curbsides allow you to initiate a curbside with a specific specialist. For instance, if you share a patient with a specialist and don't need an immediate answer, you may want to initiate an Individual Provider Curbside.

”Individual provider” curbsides are best suited for routine, non-urgent questions or when discussing shared patients.
Individual Provider Curbsides in the Mobile App:
- You can start a “Individual Provider” curbside from two places in the mobile app:
- On the Home Screen: tap "Individual Provider Curbside" in the "Start a..." section. This will bring you to the Curbside tab where you can select a provider for the curbside.
- On the Curbside tab: you’ll see a list of providers you recently curbsided with as well as the providers you have added to your “Favorites”.
- You can initiate a curbside by directly clicking on any provider. This is similar to starting a new text message conversation.
- You can also search for a provider by name or their practice name. Once a provider is identified, click on their name.
- Next, enter your patient's first and last name and click 'Save'. Please note, that entering patient information may or may not be required based on your practice's protocol.
- Then, select what your plan is before starting the curbside.
- Now you can complete your curbside!
Individual Provider Curbsides on the Web:
- To begin, make sure you're on the curbsides tab by clicking on 'curbsides' on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Next, click on 'Start a Curbside'.
- Choose 'Individual Provider' as your curbside type and enter your patient's first and last name.
- Choose the provider you wish to connect with, as well as your pre-curbside treatment plan.
- Now you can begin your curbside!
