Where you'll receive Referral Notifications:

• Generally, you can receive referral notifications through the following:
  • Push notifications
  • Email
  • News feed
  • Update feed

• Referral Email Notifications:
  • After sending a referral to a specific provider, both the provider and associated referral coordinator will receive email the referral emails.
  • When sending a referral to an entire practice location, both referral coordinators and non-lapsed providers will receive an email notification.
• News Feed Notifications: You're able to receive alerts on the homepage of the app.
• Update Feed Notifications: Depending on the action taken, Providers, Practice Admin, and Referral Coordinators could all receive update feed notifications.
